Step 1: Initial consultation
Share your lot details, budget, and goals. We assess the site and confirm it meets our build criteria.
Step 2: Scope and estimate
We develop a detailed scope of work, material specifications, and construction budget based on your lot and target product.
Step 3: Contract and permits
We handle the GC agreement, permitting, and construction timeline. Your financing stays with your lender.
Step 4: Construction
SilverAcre builds with the same standards, materials, and oversight as our own spec homes. You get progress updates throughout.
Step 5: Delivery
Final inspection, walkthrough, and handover. Same punch list process, same quality bar, same accountability.
